Perspective Gallery News
The gallery had a very busy October. Most artists painted and brought in small works for customers to purchase for small gift ideas.
We will be having a Customer Appreciation Event on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 3 to 6 pm at the Gallery. We have mailed out over 700 postcards to the customer base from all sales from 2017.
The MPAG will hold its Holiday December meeting on Monday Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Gallery. This counts as a meeting so please all members drop by. There will be snacks and holiday cheer!
We hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving with all your family and friends.

MPAG Meeting November 14, 2022 Minutes
Robin Beckner President called meeting to order at 6:58 pm. Robin asked for approval for Oct. Meeting minutes--all approved.
Julie Lorris has offered to be Hospitality Chair for the remainder of 2022/2023.
Robin announced that Dec. 5th is the Dec. Meeting and is a Holiday Party held at Perspective Gallery from 5:30 to 7:30. This meeting counts towards all members attending two meetings per calendar year to be active.
Sign up for Mt. Pleasant Artiest being held March 11, 2023 has begun. Blessing of the Fleet needs Chair/Co-chair and volunteers.
Carol Wellein Scholarship Chair announced $5,000 will be awarded to the 2023/2024 scholarship recipient/recipients. Members can donate to the fund directly by writing a check to MPAG Scholarship.
Miriam Brown painting group meets 9 am to 12 pm Wed. and Thur. every week.
Lucy Richmond Membership Chair wants to start a Plein Air group.
Robin announced the guest artist, Rana Jordahl for the evening demo.
She lives on Daniel Island with 20 years here in Charleston. She is one of the co-owners of Lowcountry Artists Gallery.
She takes classes from Emmy Bronson in McClellanville.
